Orthopaedic Choice is the central MSK service for West Hampshire CCG. They provide orthopaedic assessment and management for adults, either in-house or by onward referral to secondary care. To ensure that patients are triaged correctly they request the following information for all referrals:
- Site, Laterality, Duration, Severity
- Effect on function, effect on sleep
- Previous imaging, previous treatments
- PMH, occupational factors
- BMI (this is in order to direct onward referrals to the appropriate service)
