Connect to Support Hampshire is an online information and advice guide and directory of services for adults with care and support needs who live in Hampshire.*
This website is intended for all residents who want to find out about local groups, activities and services within the community as well as formal care provision. It is also intended for people who may wish to arrange their own care provision.
*It has been developed primarily for residents who live in the Hampshire County Council area. Residents in Portsmouth and Southampton may also wish to visit the Portsmouth City and Southampton City websites.
There may be cross-border services provided for Hampshire residents who live near the borders with Bournemouth, Poole, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey. Use these links to find information and advice about care and support in these areas.
