Update to Acute Medical Unit referrals

With immediate effect the Acute Medical Unit (AMU) at Salisbury District Hospital will now accept referral forms and supporting documentation via sft.acutemedicalreferrals@nhs.net. This email address is for referrals to AMU only and must not be used for any other purpose.

This email address is to replace the current fax referral process. The fax machine will continue to accept faxes, but will be decommissioned on 31.01.2019.

Please be aware that the referral process remains unchanged; referrers must continue to call the GP Advice Hotline (01722 349726) in the first instance, any referrals received without prior discussion will not be actioned.
