The availability of Advice & Guidance per specialty can be checked on eRS in the Directory of Services. All available clinics for a specialty will be listed including any A&G option. Please take care to check that you are looking at the correct provider/location, and also to check the service notes for exclusions. There is a tick box when you make an A&G referral on eRS to allow it to be converted to an outpatient appointment at the provider’s discretion.
