Orthopaedic Choice is the community-based service in West Hampshire where all MSK referrals are made. They provide triage, assessment, community management, and onward referral to a variety of secondary care services if appropriate.

For follow up of fractures sustained out-of-area, the Fracture Clinic at UHS will accept direct referrals through ERS.
