(Please note that the Lymington clinic does not show under NOS. You need to select one of the other clinic types from the eRS drop down list).
They offer domiciliary visits if required.
If patient has a BMI > 40 the patient can still be referred to Dietetics Triage providing the Patient does not require Weight Management and referral is only for Dietetics.
