For replacement wigs through UHS, a GP letter should be sent to the Southampton Dermatology Centre stating patient’s condition is ongoing, and to request they provide a prescription for another wig. A new eRS referral is not necessary.

For new wigs, please refer to Dermatology at UHS via eRS.
