For patients to be seen on a very urgent basis, there is a rapid access vascular clinic which runs weekly for urgent cases. The referral needs to be discussed with the on-call vascular team to ensure suitability for the rapid access clinic and then emailed directly from the practice to the vascular team with any photographs (if available) indicating the patient’s condition attached:
