Specialist community neurological rehabilitation service, specialising in the treatment of people with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Head Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke.

For patients registered with a New Forest, Test Valley and Southern Parishes GP, the service is available for 16 – 65 year olds with the exception of patients diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
