Omnes provide the Community ENT service in Mid-Hampshire and South West Hampshire.
Mid-Hampshire practices can refer to clinics in Andover, Friarsgate, and Eastleigh.
South West Hampshire practices should refer to the clinic location closest to the patient’s address.
There is also a service run by Southern Health from Lymington with clinics in Romsey, Hythe, and Lymington.
There is no community domiciliary visiting service. Suggested alternatives (depending on the problem):
- Outpatient appointment with booked patient transport
- Advice & Guidance request
- Local providers (Scrivens, Specsavers, etc) do offer home visits for some eye and ear conditions
- Community Geriatrician referral
