Patients from 18 to 70 years old must be referred by a GP based on the below FIB4 blood test results and below criteria:

• All patients aged between 16 – 85 years.
• A raised liver function blood test.
• Any patient with a BMI of over 35.
• Patients who are consuming in excess of >50 units per week for men and >35 units per week for women.
• A diagnosis of diabetes (type 1 and type 2).
• Taking the medication Methotrexate.

Service exclusion

• Patients outside of the Mid Hampshire locality.
• Patients under 16 years old.
• Patients on a palliative care register.
