Collaborative Working (Hot/Consolidated Sites) To ensure practices are enabled with collaborative working functionality to ensure hot sites or consolidated sites are able to support patients from a wider community, the attached documents have been prepared outlining the functionality you can access within your clinical system to support collaborative working and step by step guides on how to enable this
If you need support or have questions regarding either of these solutions, please liaise with your CCG teams, or contact the CSU Training Team via:

If you’re collaborating across sites with different systems (TPP and EMIS) then you will need to utilise GP Connect. See the below user guide for information regarding how to configure this locally for your sites.
If you require support to enable GP Connect please contact the GP Connect Implementation Manager at NHS Digital: christopher.metzner@nhs.net or contact your local CCG for more information.
GP Connect will also be the solution to enable practices to make their appointments bookable by the National CCAS (as per the NHSE briefing on 27 March). A user guide to support enablement of this is due to be released via the National GP Connect Team and will be shared in due course. The current advice to practices is to hold off setting this up until the guidance is released.
